California Once Again Shows its Disregard for Gun Rights

California has always struggled to find a stance on gun ownership, especially when it comes to carrying a firearm. California, unlike the majority of states, is still sticking with “may issue” instead of “shall issue” when it comes to permits. Frankly, the restrictions in California are unacceptable, especially considering there are close to 40 million residents being denied their constitutional right to carry.
