0x API Is Now Available On Celo

The 0x API is now available on the Celo network. Starting today 0x, a decentralized protocol and exchange infrastructure and one of the founding partners of the DeFi for the People initiative, provides Celo users easy access to aggregated liquidity across Ubeswap and SushiSwap. The 0x API, known for powering some of the top teams in DeFi, will now enable developers building on Celo to tap into DEX liquidity in a fast, reliable, and easy way.

As a middleware protocol, 0x sits between the blockchain consensus layer and the application layer exposed to end-users. For this reason, 0x is always adding support for new L1 chains and L2 solutions to help even more developers unlock multi-chain exchange experiences in their products. This commitment to equipping developers with better tools and solutions is key to bringing DeFi projects and dapps to scale more quickly and easily.

Currently, the 0x API on Celo aggregates liquidity across Ubeswap and Sushiswap. Support for 0x RFQ orders (leaner versions of standard limit orders) and open-order book orders will follow soon.
