Welcome, bold traveler! Have you traversed the shores of the Sundered Isles looking for treasures?
Before the reemergence of Submersia, the inhabitants of the Sundered Isles lived at the ocean’s floor, ignorant of the surface dwellers’ ways of existence. They had not heard of such things as JEWEL, and happily used their own currency — Submersian Shells.
Since emerging and rejoining the surface world, the Sundered Isles have adopted JEWEL as the official currency of the region. However, many citizens still collect and value these Shells, and are willing to trade a variety of valuable items for them…
Shell Collection
How do you collect Submersian Shells?
Frequent activity in the Sundered Isles will reward players with Submersian Shells. Curent eligible activities include:
- Claiming XP rewards: 1 Shell per Hero per day
- Claiming Influence Rewards: 25 Shells per day
- Winning a sponsored bout: 250 Shells
- Losing a sponsored bout: 50 Shells
- Voting correctly on a sponsored bout: 50 Shells
- Voting incorrectly on a sponsored bout: 10 Shells
- Hero Meditation: 4 Shells per Hero level (includes new level)
- Defeating all three stages of a Patrol: 15 Shells
Once Shells are earned, they can then be claimed from Sheldon at the Registry, who also offers bonus Shells for those who claim regularly!
Shell Quests & Rewards
Daily Quest: Claim 200 Shells in a day
— First day: Earn 10 extra Shells
— Second consecutive day: Earn 12 bonus Shells
— For each additonal consecutive day, the bonus increases by 2 Shells until reaching a maximum of 30 per day, where it remains until the streak is broken
Weekly Quest: Complete the Daily Quest 7 days in a row
— Earn 1000 bonus Shells
Frequent Quester: Complete the Daily Quest 30 times
— Earn 5000 bonus Shells
— Completions do not need to be consecutive
What do you do with Shells you’ve collected?
