Why we’re here

Most careers are not linear. According to the US Bureau of Labor, the average person changes jobs 10–15 times throughout their career. The average worker spends about 4 years in each position.

Our mission is to help women navigate these changes by sharing tips, tools and best practices to recalibrate and find a fulfilling direction in moments of change.

What to expect

The DYCJ community will focus on sharing frameworks and tools to help you think through your career goals and how to reach them, rather than a pre-defined advice or “silver bullet” solutions. You can expect:

  • Book reviews and recommendations
  • Interviews with women in leadership positions
  • Tools & frameworks to define your career journey
  • Tips to navigate workplace situations as a professional woman

Who is this community for?

Did you know that on average, men apply only apply for jobs when they fulfil only 60% of the requirements? Women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria.

This community aims at changing this statistic. We want to inspire and empower women everywhere to take an active role to define their career journey and take steps to turn that vision into a reality.
