Masaood Yunus is a principle consultant at Olika Consulting with deep experience in the financial services, banking, and insurance industries. He has assisted multiple startups in the areas of business strategy, operations, M&A, and digital transformation. Prior to consulting, Masaood held roles at notable consulting and financial institutions including Deloitte, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. Masaood is assisting our leadership team with both strategic and operational growth initiatives. Masaood holds an MS in Management of Technology from University of Minnesota and MBA in Management Information Systems.
Oussama El-Hilali is a seasoned technology executive, with a career background in senior level roles at prominent IT/software companies, including Dell, Carbonite, Symantec and Veritas. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Product at Arcserve — a leading provider of data protection & recovery software serving 43,000 customers in more than 150 countries. Additionally, he’s an avid supporter of non-profits and is currently a board member for two non-profit organizations. Oussama is an invaluable resource who brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our team. We look forward to partnering with him on developing best-in-class product development and IT strategies that enable long term growth.
Davide Ruocco is a legal expert with over 17 years’ experience as a practicing attorney. He earned his J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minneapolis and has extensive knowledge across the wealth management and private banking sectors. Davide’s expertise will be key in helping us navigate the legal and regulatory challenges that exist in our industry.
