pieLABS (formerly DeFiPie) current state, plans and activities
Amazing results in any kind of activity require a lot of effort, time, passion, and other sweet words, and the pieLABS team is extremely busy with project tasks to deliver what they’ve promised and even more. It’s time to shed light on some details regarding what’s going on and what people can expect in the upcoming weeks.
First of all, we understand that you want to see the results of our work, big profits now (ASAP), but to be honest we have to say that the token swap, as well as TGE (Uniswap listing), will happen during October, not earlier. We have to do a lot of tasks during September and October. But from now onwards, we’re going to be more transparent and we will describe each aspect of our work (like our everyday working life).

Let us introduce to you the full list of services that pieLABS will offer in the future together with a brief description of each one:
- DeFiPie — decentralized DeFi lending protocol on Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon

- pieEducation — information portal to educate newbies in DeFi and NFTs
- pieNFT — NFT AMM and lending protocol (using NFT as collateral)
- pieConsulting — consulting firm in DeFi development
- pieBridge — SaaS solution to swap tokens from ETH to BSC networks and back
By the way, I don’t have any ideas on how to name all of these services properly. Maybe we’ll launch a bounty program and contest for the best-named service! Stay tuned and keep your eyes on our announcement channels so that you don’t miss this announcement.
For now, we won’t share insights on what exactly is finished and ready from this list, it will be a big positive surprise for you in the future. Just be positive and chill on the pieLABS ecosystem.
Activities for the upcoming month
Currently, we’re ready to describe the working scope only for September and October of 2021, and we expect to finish the swap program and relaunch the $PIE token by the end of October 2021. But please note that we all depend on market conditions, so the final date of the $PIE listing will be announced closer to the end of this period, and maybe we’ll postpone listing to the beginning of November. But in our opinion, the end of 2021 will be super successful for the crypto market, as well as for pieLABS.
Right now, the development team is working on smart contracts and the front-end user interface of the compensation program. The issue with our smart contract and vulnerability has already been fixed and we expect to order a new security audit to check that everything is ok. By the way, we’re planning to order 2–3 security audits by the end of this year. Of course, even 10 security audits won’t guarantee bad situations will no longer happen, but regardless, we’ll try to secure our applications as much as possible.
Our next goal is to expand our team. We’re planning to hire at least 3 new developers. And… hurry up! We’re going to hire a CMO (only of course if we find a proper candidate for this role because, in our experience, most marketing specialists do not cost what they’re asking). We have a lot of development ideas which we are planning to implement and we are looking for more development professionals to deliver our development promises faster.
One of the main tasks for now from a business point is to create positive sentiments and excellent views of pieLABS, because we’re aiming to raise a big venture funding round. Right now I’m talking with well-known players in the crypto industry who will be able to support us long-term. In my opinion, with a strong background and good shoulders behind the project, we will be able to compete with unicorns of the DeFi market, like AAVE, Compound, YFI, and others.
And let’s finish our topic by providing listing details. We all know how important it is to list on a good exchange, but top-tier exchanges are big responsibilities. $PIE token will be traded on DEXes such as Uniswap, PancakeSwap, QuickSwap, and our old CEXes — HotBit, Bibox, BitForex. But after the swap and new listing, we’re aiming to add 2 more exchanges by the end of the year (only of course if we see good market conditions and our fundraising has been successful).
Conclusion
A lot of the $PIE community members don’t believe in what we’re doing. But empires were not built in 1 year. We want to transform current the DeFi market and aim to create a universal tool. Yes, we still plan to be like Uber in the decentralized world. Please, join our community, support us, and be a part of a new wave of success.
