Deftify Development Update

Starting 2022 with a bang 🚀

Time flies when you’re building in crypto, and the last few months at Deftify have flown by at an incredible rate. We’re now in the middle of January, on track for the rest of the year and ready to share some exciting updates from the wild world of Deftify ✨

In this article we take a look at our progress so far, including development updates from both the Deftify core and Metacurse teams. We also look forward towards some exciting things upcoming in our roadmap.

📑 Smart contracts looking smart

Our dev team has been hard at work finalizing one of the most important aspects of our entire ecosystem — the collection of smart contracts powering Deftify. It’s absolutely essential that we get these right. Thankfully our experienced developers are teaming up with reputable auditors to ensure that every line of code is perfect.

Our $DFTY token contract is ready to go. As soon as we have a TGE date set we’ll be sure to let everyone know.

The vesting contracts for seed, private and public round investors have also been finalized, and are currently under audit by ImmuneBytes. Again, we’re looking forward to sharing the results of these audits as soon as they’re available.

As our first product to launch will be our launchpad, we’ve prioritized the development of the contracts supporting staking and fundraising for this component of our ecosystem. The launchpad is already in closed beta, with a public test version coming very soon. The contracts supporting the launchpad have also been completed and are awaiting audit, and we’ll share more updates regarding this as they come.

📱 Polishing the front end

A user-friendly DeFi ecosystem would be nothing without a user-friendly interface. Our devs and design team have been iterating different design approaches to ensure that Deftify looks as good as possible as soon as we launch. This includes polishing the frontend for token claims from our seed, private and public round investors.

We’re hoping to have a first-look prototype ready soon — so look forward to some awesome screenshots in the near future!

👾 Metacurse development updates

One of the first projects to launch through Deftify is Metacurse — an exciting new take on P2E metaverses. This utilizes the $DFTY token as an essential part of its NFT mint model, giving our holders even more utility outside of the core Deftify platform.

The Metacurse team has recently added an experienced game developer who has already started on the development of the first version of the Metacurse game arena, and several artists have contributed their talents to the concept art so far. The team is aiming to begin testing on the first prototype of the game in just a few weeks, and to announce more information about their first NFT release shortly as well.

For now, all Metacurse updates are being released through Deftify — so make sure you’re following all our channels for the latest info.

💰 Fundraising updates

We’ve been working hard on fundraising, and we’re excited to announce that our seed and private rounds are close to filling. We’ve taken care to ensure that all our investors add value to Deftify — something which is very important to the long-term stability of our token and the health of our project.

We also recently announced our partnership with MoonStarter, who will help facilitate our IDO at the end of Q1, 2022. This date is fast approaching so make sure you’re checking our social channels for updates on dates, times and info on how you can participate.

We’re going to be flat out this quarter preparing everything for our token launch and first product releases. You can look forward to audit reports, Metacurse updates, fundraising milestones, exciting partnerships and frontend development, which is all in addition to TGE dates and IDO details 👀
