DeGate ETH Denver 2022 Bounty
DeGate is excited to be taking part in ETHDenver, the world’s largest annual Web3.0 Community Innovation Festival, taking place right now (February 11–21, 2022) in Denver, Colorado, USA.
ETH Denver includes a vast range of community building, educational opportunities, and social happenings. These include hundreds of talks, expert panels, technical workshops, immersive experiences, art galleries, live music, hackerspaces, networking events, complimentary childcare and more.
A key part of ETH Denver is ETH BUIDLAthlon, where hackers- buidlers from around the world gather to work on Web3 ideas. This year, the hackers will compete for more than $1 million worth of bounties as well as up to $2 million in investment capital.
ETHDenver runs both live and virtually. Following the in-person event awards, teams will have until March 20th to continue building remotely before the second round of judging takes place.
DeGate, a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) protocol built on zero-knowledge technology, is proud to be participating in ETH Denver this year and get involved with the community. DeGate bounty is for two teams- virtual and physical- that create:
Grid trading Calculator & Simulator
DeGate is a Decentralized Exchange built on the Ethereum Mainnet. One of the key features of DeGate is decentralized grid trading option for traders to trade the ups and downs of a particular trading pair. This feature is common in centralized exchanges and DeGate is pioneering it in a DEX.
DeGate ETH Denver bounty task:
Bounty: Grid trading Calculator & Simulator
Prize: 2 x $500 in DG tokens

Requirement:
We invite builders to create a tool to calculate and simulate grid revenue or APY on various trading pairs on DeGate using different parameters. Such a tool should help users-traders to decide whether the volatility of a certain trading pair is worth participating in the grid to provide liquidity. To simplify complexity, builders can use historical data from any price index API, e.g. TradingView or a CEX. All trades for traders-makers are free of gas and trading fee!
Judging Criteria:
- A single Web page or Chrome plug-in
- Maximise permissionlessness. The design should have the ability to support any permissionless trading pair
