Hello!

We’ve been super excited seeing all the energy and enthusiasm about the Champions League series that we’ll be minting soon.

Those raffle tickets have been flying out the door and we know that the pace of collection will only increase as we get closer to mint day.

So today’s we’re back with the next bit of information on how you’ll be able to get your hands on an NFT from this much sought after collection!

The Whitelist Draw!

As we announced last week, the new series will feature 51 new players added to the Mino roster. Based on the rarities of these players there will be a total of 200 mints available for this drop. This is only half what we minted for the original World Cup series so we expect there to be pretty high demand for the mints.

Before mint day we will randomly select 200 Whitelist spots from all of the raffle tickets collected to that point.

Already we’ve seen a number of people stacking raffle tickets, so they could be in the running for more than one Whitelist allocation.

Mint day!

When it comes time to mint, those that have been whitelisted will have 48 hours to mint their free NFT’s.

If there are any NFT’s that have not been minted 48 hours after the mint opens, we will go back to the unsuccessful raffle tickets and draw whitelist allocation for the remaining mints.

Those people will have 48 hours to mint.

The process will repeat until the series is minted out.

Transparency

The MinoDAO will be allocated 10% of the series and mint those NFT’s along the way. The NFT’s minted by the DAO will be held in the treasury, and any earnings will go back into the treasury to be distributed back to holders.

If the DAO mints a sought after player, they will quickly offer that NFT up for auction and the proceeds will be go into the treasury.

We will do this because a healthy treasury is an important factor for the success of MinoNFT as the earnings are taken directly from the treasury and to holders of the NFT’s.

Wen?

The Whitelist draw and Mint dates will be announced soon, but will happen in the coming weeks.

Until then, make sure you keep collecting those raffle tickets to ensure you get the best chance at securing your exclusive seat at the minting table.
