The U.S. Marshals are sending a message to alleged killer Kaitlin Armstrong: “Surrender.”
Armstrong remains on the run after the May 11 murder of pro-cyclist Anna Moriah “Mo” Wilson. U.S. Marshals issued an arrest warrant for Armstrong, charging her with first-degree murder after Wilson was found shot dead in her friend’s home in what the affidavit describes as a love triangle gone wrong.
