The two blockchain experts discussed how Web3 will change the governance model of the world and how to use Web3 to make it happen faster.

Alex asked Eliott’s opinion on whether it would be better to launch a council, and maybe it is better to create one before the launch of the network. Eliott gave a detailed answer on what would be proper for the DEIP project from a technical point of view.

They also talked about the structure of decentralized DEIP governance, the role of the community and their votes, who should take technical decisions on the project, marketing, and how to build the project’s governance.

They also raised the topic of applying web3 for the digital transformation of governments and creating a DAO to embed digital transformation on a massive scale, like an international organization that coordinates digital reforms in the world. They discussed how it would be cool to have an infrastructure with central bank digital currency, where shares of companies would be registered in the blockchain, with integrability with other governments, and many other interesting topics.
