Where can we buy pre-sale?
Here is the link to the pre-sale application form.
You need to fill all the fields and then our manager will contact you. You can participate in presale using either USDT or USDC.
The process involves:
- Completing an application form
- Passing KYC
- Signing a contract
- Completing payment
The lower limit on the amount you can invest is $500 and the upper limit is $100,000. Each token is priced at $0.01 and there are 80 million DEIP tokens for sale (2% of total).

What happened to the IDO?
We decided to shift IDO to December so that we could undergo all of the audits properly and in time before the main launch. Meanwhile, we are offering our community members have a chance to participate in the pre-sale.
How much does 1 DEIP cost in the pre-sale?
The lower limit on the amount you can invest is $500 and the upper limit is $100,000. Each token is priced at $0.01 and there are 80 million DEIP tokens for sale (2% of total). This gives the project a valuation of 40 million USD.
Is there no max allocation?

Is there no TGE marketcap?
The TGE market cap will be determined after IDO because our IDO will be without a fixed price. This is because of the financing platform works using a price discovery mechanism. We don’t know right now what the valuation is, therefore we can only express our target market cap as the minimum we plan to raise to qualify the IDO as successful.
When the minimum is reached the IDO will be a success, but the amount collected on the IDO can and is likely to be higher. We are targeting to raise at least 2.5M USD. This means that funds can be collected, but distribution will only be 5% of all DEIP tokens and the capitalization will only be known after the event.
However, given the $0.01 token price for the presale, this gives a current valuation of 40 million USD.
Will there be a token lock up?
For participants in the IDO (public sale), there will be no lockups.
For participants of pre-sale, there will be a lock-up, just as in the previous rounds. It’s one year linear vesting with 1 month lockup and 25% unlocked at TGE.
When will the presale finish?
As soon as all 2% of tokens are sold or on the 30th of November.
What if there is higher demand than offered tokens? Is there a guarantee I’ll get them?
Since there is a limited amount of tokens for sale, we cannot guarantee that you will get DEIP tokens in the presale. We will prioritize those who submit KYC application on a first-come-first-served basis.
If I don’t get DEIP Tokens at the presale, will I be whitelisted for IDO?
Yes, you will be whitelisted for IDO if you’ve gone through the all steps and there were not enough DEIP tokens for you.
When is distribution?
Public distribution will take place at IDO in December 2021. If you participate in the IDO your tokens will be distributed to you immediately. For participants in the pre-sale and previous rounds, vesting will hold locked tokens and release them according to the schedule.

Will the IDO take place Polkastarter?
We don’t plan to launch our IDO on Polkastarter. Our IDO is planned to be held on Skyward Finance.
When will the IDO take place on Skyward Finance?
The IDO will take place in December 2021 on Skyward Finance. The exact dates will be confirmed in November 2021.
Where can I buy DEIP?
For the time being, you will only be able to buy DEIP via the pre-sale directly from DEIP or via Skyward Finance during the public sale (IDO) as this is where the token will be generated.
Following the IDO we will work to have the DEIP token listed elsewhere.
Will there be a presale or a Pancakeswap/Uniswap launch?
Yes, we are doing Pre-sale now. After IDO and TGE token will be listed on multiple DEXs, please stay tuned to know exact listing plans.
What do I have to do to buy DEIP tokens?

How can I be whitelisted on your IDO?
The DEIP IDO will have completely open participation and you only need NEAR wallet with NEAR tokens on Skyward Finance. As for the presale, you will need to apply with minimal KYC and then we will prepare the contracts to be sent to you.
Where can I read about the vesting schedule why is it not in the whitepaper?
You can read all about our vesting schedule in the DEIP Tokenomics. We kept the two separate.
Is the presale open to everyone?
Yes. Everyone that passes the KYC can take part in the presale. The minimum investment amount is $500 USDT/C, with the maximum capped at $100,000 USDT/C.
What are the KYC requirements?
For SAFT we need basic info such as name, address, email. We may require additional documentation
Why Skyward Finance?
We selected skyward.finance as the platform provider for our IDO because their fundraising model is more suitable and flexible.

What is a collective intelligence protocol?
CIP (Collective Intelligence Protocol) is important because it will allow to crowdsource evaluation of assets via peer-review and multi-dimensional reputation framework. Potentially it can add unlimited scalability to this process and more complete decision-making power to the community.
I really do love the idea of tokenizing intangibles in the form of NFTs but what I don’t understand is how can someone own a fraction of F-NFTs anyone care to explain how does that works?

Will you undergo a security audit?
We will undergo a security audit and are currently in negotiations with auditors to check:
- Smart contract for IDO
- Substrate-based chain audit
As for the Substrate-based audit, we have submitted an application to Octopus Network and we are in the pre-audit stage for the DEIP testnet. Although we had originally planned to launch and audit the mainnet without a testnet, we decided against this approach on the advice of Octopus Network. When the pre-audit of the testnet has been successfully completed, we apply to audit the mainnet. This approach has been taken because we were advised that if we went straight to mainnet, the audit would take more time overall and this would delay the full launch of DEIP.
Why did DEIP not cooperate with NEAR for the audit?
NEAR is the DEIP ecosystem provider, not the auditor. We are cooperating with Octopus who is carrying out the pre-audit at the moment.
Octopus auditors are their community who carry out the security audit.
We have submitted an application to Octopus Network and we are in the pre-audit stage for the DEIP testnet. How can I be a validator for DEIP?
For the time being, you cannot be a validator for DEIP as we haven’t launched the mainnet. We will create a guide on how to become a validator when we launch the mainnet. You will be able to find this on GitHub.
