How would you explain DEIP to a non-crypto person?

DEIP is infrastructure for working with intangible assets, such as ideas, technologies, inventions and art.
The first element of this infrastructure is economic model, which enables financial incentives for all participants.
The second element is tools that allow you to convert and store such assets in machine readable format, quickly exchange them on specific marketplaces, and participate in governance of the whole infrastructure.
