Good food is foundational for happiness.

But food doesn’t only come in edible form. What we read, what we watch, what we listen, and what we think shapes us.

This series is focused on serving high-quality and delicious content. Don’t feed yourself junk food — high quality and healthy food can also be delicious.

Just trying to show how healthy and delicious food makes us happy; pretty obvious but needed a relevant picture that Medium could use to feature this post.

Mouthwatering Concepts

Breakthrough Knowledge

There’s incremental knowledge then there’s knowledge that changes your life. Mastering the ability to find breakthrough knowledge in our era of information overload is one of the most important skills we can develop. My hope with this newsletter is to serve you breakthrough knowledge.

Here’s an that goes deeper into this concept — includes some tips.

Consciousness Staircase

is one of my all-time favorite articles in the Internet.

“Declaring ourselves “conscious” allows us to call it a day and stop thinking about it. I like to think of it as a consciousness staircase: An ant is more conscious than a bacterium, a chicken more than an ant, a monkey more than a chicken, and a human more than a monkey. But what’s above us?”

How can we step up within our human consciousness step?

A reminder to see the bigger picture.

Tempting Question

If you had 5 extra hours each week, what would you do? Can you find a way to do that in your current week?

Juicy Books

This is one of my favorite books and it’s not super well known. He wanted to be an astronaut since he was a kid, but there wasn’t a path he could follow to be one. So for any action or decision that would come up in his life, he would imagine that in the future he would certainly be an astronaut and think: what would I be doing in the past, in this moment? He based his decisions on what he would have chosen if in the future he were an astronaut. I think this is an awesome thought exercise.

One of the most incredible books, loved so much for a reason.

“[She] who has a why can bear almost any how”

Exquisite Short Film

Love this short film. Only 16mins. Will evoke a wide smile.

Finger-licking Quote

“Grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference” — Niebuhr

Spicy Habit

Making your bed. Here’s why in an awesome 6min video:

Delicious Songs

Last but not least, here’s the dessert.

I like naming my Spotify playlists as foods, so if you like a song, you can keep tasting their flavor in the playlist linked next to it.

by benny blanco, Khalid, and Halsey, which has some flavor.

by Danny Ocean, which tastes like .

by Pablo Nouvelle, which tastes like .
