Pasta Lentil Bowl
A Recipe

I am one of those people that doesn’t follow recipes. I simply buy ingredients that I like and throw things together. That’s exactly what I did here.
I used autumn blend lentils and soaked them for about 15 minutes. I drained them and started sauteing them in a tomato sauce with chopped garlic and added noodles, chopped cabbage and sauteed until the lentils were cooked, al dente’ then spooned it into my bowl and adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to give it a zesty sweet spark to the overall flavor.
I used regular noodles because I was out of rice and small shell pasta. You can use any type of noodle in this dish.
