Pasta Primavera

All organic!
Sauté: Olive oil, chopped onion, chopped orange bell pepper, garlic, baby spinach, chopped zucchini, chopped broccoli, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced button mushrooms, herbs Provence, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes.
Sauce: Butter, chicken broth, half-and half, grated Locetelli.
Over penne pasta, topped with toasted pine nuts.
* (My own concoction, so I did not measure)!
