Popsicle Recipe: Two fruits and coconut flakes Popsicle

These popsicles are not just delicious, they are healthy because they contain no added sugars apart from the sweetened yoghurt. Try making them for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup coconut flakes

1 cup sweetened Greek yogurt

Instructions

Wash fruits thoroughly in clean water.

Put fruits in a blender and add one tablespoon of yogurt for moisture to aid blending.

In a clean bowl, pour one cup of sweetened Greek yogurt.

Mix the blended fruits into the Greek yogurt in the bowl. Do not blend the yogurt with the fruits to maintain thickness of the yogurt.

Add sweet coconut flakes and mix thoroughly.

Pour into popsicle containers with the sticks and keep in the freezer to freeze
