Hello Blue
You are so elegant with your melancholy ways
Like a winter breeze you entered quite unexpectedly
And convinced naive warmth to skedaddle suddenly
So I changed into long pants, thick socks and winter suits
And weight on heavy jackets, big scarfs, and clunky boots
Trying my best to connect
With your brutal cold infect
By covering myself fully
Leaving little to be seen
And even less to be felt
