Who we are
We are part of a team responsible for a major digital transformation initiative at the Australian Government Department of Industry, Innovation and Science.
Our initiative, the Single Business Service Programme, is a large multi-year programme to deliver innovative solutions for both customers and staff and to change how the organisation operates to improve service delivery.
We love our work (most days) and are passionate about building great teams who deliver great services. So far this has driven us to adopt new ways of working, new ways of behaving and new tools and technologies.
This is our space for sharing what we’ve learnt and engaging with others on similar journeys. We’ve benefitted from the experiences of other leaders in Agile (Spotify, Henrik Kniberg, MYOB), government service transformation (18F, Code for America, Government Digital Service) and leadership (Kim Scott) and we want to give back to the community from which we have gained so much.
