When was the last time you thought critically about a weekly status or a meeting minute template? Are there certain deliverables you have occasionally forgotten to do? It can be hard to maintain good habits and harder still to continuously improve them.

However, it is these well maintained and frequently examine habits that define many consistently successful individuals. Then how do we foster these habits in ourselves and those around us? With this in mind, we are launching a new approach to support one another in delivering awesome work.

We would like to start with the following, but the principal focus is helping the best way possible:

· An online blog for sharing perspective, helpful hints, good/bad past experiences, and questions about how to run a successful engagement with new topics each month

· Recommendations on good templates, articles, or learning materials

· Hosting trainings and lunch n’ learns

· Coaching from your people manager, account executives, and other leaders

The goal is that our engagements improve, and this is reflected in client feedback and overall project health.

Why we are here at Slalom is fundamentally a shared passion for what we do and an urge to be great at it. Let’s share, coach, and encourage one another to be awesome!
