Delmarza Announces a New Direction at Compassites
Delmarza is proud to announce our position in Compassites, a provider of custom software solutions and digital transformation services. Compassites offers an impressive suite of solutions to enterprise clients and employs several hundred talented software engineers across multiple offices in Asia, Europe, and the United States. As part of our agreement with Compassites, Delmarza will be assuming operational and financial control of the company, enabling us both to continue delivering outstanding service to Compassites’ base of existing clients, and to build the next exciting chapter of growth for Compassites in collaboration with the existing team.
At Delmarza, we are incredibly excited about the opportunity to partner with Compassites for several reasons. First, we love the team of engineers and developers at Compassites. Members of the Delmarza team have worked closely with Compassites previously, and we are thoroughly impressed with their talent and professionalism. We view the core engineering and development team as the foundation of Compassites, essential for the company’s past and continued success, and we plan to treat them as such. Moving forward, our goal is to make Compassites a place where employees want to work long-term, feel like valued members of the team, and receive the ongoing attention necessary to help them continuously grow as professionals, human beings, and members of our community.
Additionally, we believe Delmarza has the resources, connections, capital, and growth opportunities to scale Compassites in a successful and stable way. As part of our agreement with Compassites, Zack Gleeson will become Director of Business Operations and will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations during the transition period. We believe Zack’s experience in founding, operating, and scaling technology and software businesses will be an invaluable resource as we work to take Compassites in numerous new directions. In addition, Delmarza plans to leverage our team’s resources to drive growth through new clients, product lines, services, and partnerships.
Lastly, we’re excited about the long-term potential we see in this Delmarza-Compassites partnership. Moving forward, Delmarza plans to deploy an investment strategy that leverages Compassites as our long-term “anchor” investment. Delmarza will continue to seek opportunities to partner with other software or tech-enabled businesses who see the value in our team’s experience, resources, and approach. We envision utilizing the capabilities within Compassites to drive improvements throughout our investment portfolio.
