In the early stages of choosing a new members platform that will house all our guidance, onboarding and information for new and existing Community Fridge groups. With limited budget and capacity its important that we choose a product that is low maintenance, works seamlessly with our onboarding automations and engages our members.

Choosing a digital members platform

  • Have narrowed down two contenders: Mighty Networks & Open Social
  • Mighty Networks is considerably cheaper and has had more positive user-feedback
  • We need to collate user feedback along with opening test environment to colleagues before finally purchasing.
  • Aiming to do this in the next 2–3 weeks.

CRM

  • While finalising the user testing and feedback gathering we are building the CRM function of the network using Airtable
  • We’re hoping to use Zapier or an API through the platform to link with the CRM
  • We’re also hoping to capture data from the customer journey
