- Checked in with our teams to work out which sections were relevant to each team and how the programme can help them

- Invited relevant members of the business to the open workshops
We had a welcome meeting
- On the welcome meeting, we met the team who will be taking us on the journey
- we talked about what we want to get from this process and what’s important to us
- heard from other charities and understood how other people work and what’s important to them
We held an internal meeting
- Invited relevant members of the team to a meeting to discuss what we had learned
- Agreed with comms what we can share, how and where
- discussed the workshops we’ve been invited to so far and who else in the org should be invited to these workshops / sessions
