Good things
Started work on our second seasonal e-newsletter, well-timed with exciting news for our charity. Prompted a refresh of our website’s What We Do page, with infographic created in Canva — and plans to use this page as a springboard to tell stories which illustrate our impact.
Difficulties
A fine balance between celebrating both our achievements and their support, and making the ask: offering new or tailored opportunities to engage. Especially with no UX research to work on.
