Peaks and valleys of a PDM: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly [week 1 — 04/02/22]

Good things
Constructive rants…who knew I’d find my calling on a cold and rainy Wednesday. Agile training hasn’t been a subject I’d ever considered interesting, however when I discovered constructive rants: mind blown! “You mean to tell me I can positively address issues in the form of a rant!” Game changer or career ender…time will tell.
Difficulties
Building houses without foundations usually results in a wobbly home. Sometimes to move forward you have to take a step backwards and reinforce the foundations.
Achievements
This week was full of complements from people I hold in high regard, people in the know. “Working miracles, doing a great job, shocked you’ve managed that alone.”
Learned things
All innovation is equal but some innovation is more equal than others — sometime innovation can be a lonely place if you are surrounded by those who only seek results and not understanding.
