Summary of Delphy Live Broadcast with China Community — April 4th, 2018

Dear Delphy Community,

Delphy held another live broadcast event for our Chinese community on April 4th, 2018. Mike, Delphy Product Managing Director, and Jane Zhang, Delphy Marketing Partner, co-hosted the event and provided various updates followed by a Q & A session.

The session commenced with a welcome address by Jane, followed by marketing updates. From a marketing standpoint, we’ve has a very busy month- Delphy participated in various global events that spanned from international conferences to local meetups, held in Beijing, Moscow, Washington DC and San Francisco. Thought-leadership articles, press releases and blogs were published on prediction markets, blockchain industry trends and our vision. You can find detailed information in our March Summary.
Jane also answered many questions from the community about Delphy’s next-step marketing plan. We will continue to participate in blockchain events to demonstrate thought leadership. Bo Wang, Founder of Delphy, is in Tokyo, Japan now, to attend and speak on the Beyond Blocks Summit Tokyo. Bo and Jane will attend the Global Inclusive Blockchain Conference in Singapore later this month. Fox Holt, VP of Business Development of Delphy, will host 2 meetups in Austin, TX USA to meet and discuss with students from UT Austin and blockchain technology enthusiasts and investors. Delphy China team is also working on a local meetup in either Nanjing or Shenzhen in China by end of this April. Additionally, Delphy Marketing team is also working to cooperate with other projects under the same investor portfolio, like Fenbushi Capital, etc., to maximize the marketing results.

Mike updated our community with Delphy product progress. Our Dev team continues to work hard on product development. As mentioned before, we have started another round of internal testing(in Mandarin) recently. This brings our numbers up to 500 users. We value your feedback and invite our community members to help us with testing, we appreciate it and Tokens and/or other souvenirs will be rewarded for the same. Additionally, if you are a champion who predicts more accurately than others, special awards are waiting for you.
Mike and Jane both emphasized that Delphy’s prediction Markets platforms are absolutely different from betting. Prediction markets will have a profoundly positive impact on the daily lives of our society as they are extremely efficient at removing uncertainty from the world. Prediction markets can provide much more theoretical and practical meaning to the whole world than betting.
Last but not the least, Mike announced that Delphy’s official dApp integrated to imToken will be launched this month!!! Stay tuned.
