From March 27-28, 2018, the Russian Congress Blockchain was officially held in Moscow, Russia. Bo Wang, Founder of Delphy Foundation, was invited to visit as a senior blockchain technology expert and founder of the first prediction market platforms in China. According to reports, under the impetus of the Russian government and Ethereum community, Russia’s blockchain infrastructure has developed rapidly.
