A Primer on DeltaFi AMM 2.0

Intro

DeltaFi is a decentralized, fully on-chain automated market maker (AMM) swap exchange built on Solana.

Its AMM 2.0 design makes it the first AMM exchange to have predictive bond curve with real-time oracle prices. The key innovation is that it introduces adaptive price adjustments and pool rebalancing, given pool state dynamics. It achieves better capital efficiency, reduced slippage and minimized loss of impermanence.

Design

• Real-time oracles: It leverages Pyth Network and Serum for real-time oracles. This provides price references to significantly reduce price slippage and impermanent loss.
• Predictive bond curve: The AMM 2.0 bond curve is dynamic, unlike Uniswap V2 forks. This further protects liquidity providers (LP) from arbitrage activities and significantly boost LP profitability.
• Cross chain swap: Native to native cross chain swap will be supported with Wormhole, the bridge between multiple chains. Optimal user experience will be built to achieve that.

Earn on DeltaFi

• On-chain referral: A purely on-chain referral system has been implemented. You can create a referral link with a few clicks to earn 5% of your friends’ yields.
• On-chain trade farming: As the first DEX with trade farming functionality, the implementations are fully decentralized. You can earn with every swap.
• On-chain liquidity mining: With predictive bond curve, it continues offering liquidity mining functionalities with yields distributed to liquidity providers.
