DeltaFi team has engineers, product managers and marketers from top bay area tech companies and world class business schools.

DeltaFi Team

Since last year DeltaFi team has dipped into the blockchain domain to build the DEX platform in the Solana ecosystem. As we now are sure that our project is of high quality and reliable, we are eager to introduce ourselves to the community and put our reputation in the line. We believe our highly experienced engineers and passionate team would enhance the trust with community members.

From this week, DeltaFi would actively hold more events, post more original content and strengthen the interaction with the community. Before we start all these adventures together, let us introduce ourselves first!

Our base is in San Francisco Bay Area, and we also have talents located in San Diego, Seattle, and North Carolina.

The Core Team

Below is a selected list of team members. We do not introduce everyone here.

Xin, the founder of DeltaFi, has previous software engineering experience working in Meta, Uber, and Google. He also has a Ph.D. degree in incentive mechanism design for peer-to-peer networks and distributed system theory.

Yu, the CTO of DeltaFi, has been the tech lead manager in a 50+ people group in a self driving car company Pony.ai. Additionally, he worked as a tech lead for Databricks and focused on various data science projects.

Leqiang, the tech lead of DeltaFi, is from an automotive drive company Tusimple. He is proficient in Python and C/C++, experienced in Java, Javascript, and SQL. He enjoys hardcore engineering jobs in C/C++ and is addicted to working with beautiful script languages.

Yijia, the product manager of DeltaFi, is a tech-savvy product manager from Duke University who focuses on using real-time data to improve product management and customer experience. She worked for Tencent as a product manager before taking the degree.

Transparency

As you know, one of the most significant advantages of DeFi is transparency. We implement the concept of decentralization in our management. While working at DeltaFi, we share everything we know, such as news, opinions, and insights, in a psychologically safe environment. We find transparency helps build a strong relationship, and we want to do the same in our community with you.

Efficiency

Efficiency is the keyword for DeltaFi. We have built DeltaFi to be the most effective DEX in the world. We work in an effective way that enables employees from different locations to cooperate seamlessly. Formalism and ineffective communication are substituted by flat management and agile principles. We value being straightforward and hardcore while working, just like how we build DeltaFi.

Trust

As a team, we trust each other from the bottom of our hearts, both personality and capability. I believe my coworkers are self-motivated and would make every effort to build a better future for DeltaFi, just like they believe me. We are delivering this trust and belief to our community.

Since our start in 2021, DeltaFi has been at the forefront of innovation. We’re on a mission to build the world’s most efficient DEX and here’s how we’re doing it:

a. Intelligent Market Making — Our intelligent AMM eliminates impermanent loss with corresponding price adjustments.

b. Bounded Liquidity Risk — Our design significantly reduces capital risk to liquidity provides and also protects liquidity providers with a Volatility Index that uses internal market price to classify the market volatility into low, medium, and high.

c. Personalized pools — DeltaFi provides a malleable market-making API to professional market makers exposing the order information, allowing bidirectional trade pricing, customizable dynamic fees, and order history data.
