Ethereum Towers is a community-centric, vertical megastructure in the Ethereum Worlds Metaverse, consisting of 4,388 resident-owned apartments and a variety of social places.
It is designed by award-winning architects, will be the flagship apartment in a vast Metaverse complex that will give residents and guests a growing, engaging, and socially dynamic experience.
DeltaHub Capital is thrilled to be collaborating with Ethereum Towers on the metaverse vertical tower they’re constructing to bridge the gap between reality and virtual environment. The in-world execution of the Ethereum Towers experience will be the first milestone in a much broader Metaverse effort dubbed Ethereum Worlds and soon they will be launching the ‘Outer Worlds’, which will include more resident-owned structures and towns.
Key Features of Ethereum Towers
The objective is to translate real-life encounters into digital interactions, which will subsequently be transformed into a socially-enriched environment that encourages a varied and inclusive community.
Residents will have access to a highly customized virtual apartment area in the upcoming Ethereum Worlds Metaverse, which seeks to give the social experience of ‘society living’ within a professionally built and curated setting. The ownership of these residences is represented by an ERC-721 non-fungible token (NFT).

Innovative Architecture
The community influenced the design of the Ethereum Towers. The sculptural design is inspired by a DNA helix and connects the entire neighborhood via a sequence of vertical terraces that wrap around the tower.
Ethereum Towers is made up of 4,388 flats that are owned by residents. There are three distinct apartment types, each with its own size and tower coverage. Standard, Luxury, and Penthouse are examples of these kinds.
Standard Apartments- There are 3,960 Standard apartments available in both Towers. This is the most prevalent apartment type and can be found on floors 1 through 99, with 20 Standard flats on each floor.
Luxury Apartments- Both Towers have a total of 396 Luxury apartments available. This variety is significantly more limited in supply, having about 2.5x the area of the Standard type, and can only be found in the corners on levels #1 to #99. Each floor has only two Luxury apartments.
PentHouses- Only 32 Penthouses are offered across both Towers of this pinnacle real estate asset. This gigantic two-story property, located on floors #100 and #101, is about three times larger than the Luxury type. There are only 8 Penthouses on each floor.
$TWR Token and its Use Cases
This utility token will be a tradable asset used to conduct a range of premium actions inside the Ethereum Worlds ecosystem. This token will be distributed as a reward to people who contribute to the growth, participation, and engagement of the larger community through different earning possibilities.
