Introducing a new design that will make it easier to read your transcripts.

At Delve, we spend the majority of our time listening to customers and learning about how they’re analyzing their research. A big request we get is to create an easier way to quickly browse transcripts and know what’s happening. Customers wanted ways to differentiate questions from answers and know who’s saying what.

We went through many design iterations and landed on a design that we’re launching today.

With this design, you can:

  • Easily see the difference between 2 different speakers
  • Separate the speaker name from what they said
  • Timestamps are viewable, but de-emphasized

All of these details lead to a more efficient transcript reading experience, so researchers can find the insights they’re looking for.

It’s a big improvement from the raw transcript that is typically generated from a transcription service.

All you need to do is drag and drop your transcript file into Delve, and you’ll be on your way to reading your formatted transcript and analyzing your research.
