Adam Curry

Born in Washington DC (1964) just before the moonwalk, raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands from age 7, Adam Curry has been an innovation and thought leader in the increasingly integrated media and technology industries. As on-air personality, Adam is best known for his 7 years working as a host (VJ) producer, director and writer at the MTV network. Adam was instrumental in bringingthe global network into the digital age by registering and building out mtv.com for several years whileMTV focused on antiquated systems like AOL.
Previous to being invited to move to New York for his MTV work, Adam and his team at CountDownnot only provided a weekly live music television program, but also provided all music programmingfor the first European Public Broadcasters satellite network EuropaTV. This resulted in significant rec-ognition of Adam in several EU countries, many who at the time had never even seen a music video,let alone MTV, which went global several years later.
After being on the forefront of cable television content delivery as an on-air talent at MTV music television, Adam saw a clear future and set about setting up mtv.com as the first global entertainmentwebsite.
Always seeking the cutting edge of media and technology, Adam set out to create one of the first digital agencies, recognized as one of Fortune magazine’s “25 Cool Companies” in 1994. In 1996, he launched the first online airline ticketing on the web with Continental Airlines, built the first online auto parts inventory sales system for Chrysler autos and produced and hosted the first ever ‘cybercast’ of the 1996 Annual Grammy Awards.On Ramp Inc., which Adam founded, completed their IPO in 1996 under the name Think New Ideas Inc. (Nasdaq symbol THNK), and was successfully acquired in 2000 as a profitable company with annual revenues in excess of $400 million.
Adam foresaw music licensing opportunities for online music decades before Spotify and YouTube and secured the first ever license to stream BMI Classics online. After selling THNK he sold the com-pany to publicly listed AnswerThink Inc for $450 million, Adam returned to Europe where in 2004 he was the co-inventor of Podcasting and started the first daily show delivered by RSS technology. Upon Steve Job’s personal request Apple integrated podcasting and Adam’s podcast directory into iTunesin 2006
Adam was recently awarded the prestigious Marconi Oeuvre Award in January 2018 for his legendarywork in broadcasting and his relentless urge for innovation and visionary steps on the internet.
Adam resides in Austin Texas where he produces the award winning No Agenda Show podcast with acclaimed author and columnist John C Dvorak. Adam’s lab is filled with concepts, digital high fre-quency equipment and prototypes of new technologies for internet communications. Adam was an early believer in crypto currencies, and bought his first 50 BTC at $1.33
Mabricio Margarita
Mabricio was born in Willemstad Curaçao. Soon after he moved to Almere in the Netherlands where he grew up. After high school, Mabricio went to the Media College in Amsterdam, where he learnedediting, photography and many other things. His father is a music producer and Mabricio learned the basics of production from him. Mabricio is a creative multi-talent and managed many assignments instyling and art direction, for example for the Dutch artist, Jonna Fraser.
Goerardus van Goor

Goerardus was born in Vlagtwedde The Netherlands and has worked as an Independent Chief Financial Officer for more than 25 years. According to Goerardus, working as an independent finance professional in the financial, sustainability, telecom and international trade sectors, is the key to staying sharp and service driven. It provides him the opportunity to solving complex financial situ-ations and the ability to challenge himself daily. Goerardus will be leading the financial department.

Michael was born in Amsterdam The Netherlands. As the eldest son of an automotive engineer, Michael spent most of his youth in Canada, Spain and Italy attending international schools. In the Netherlands, Michael started a career in automotive marketing at Fiat and Nissan. In 2000, Michael switched to automotive related software at TomTom. After a brief spell in the financial sector at FortisBank, Michael specialized in start-ups and marketing development, utilizing his corporate marketing knowledge, where he aided new companies in establishing themselves in automotive, telecom, solar energy, fashion, medicine and entertainment industry.
Marloes Jansen

Marloes was born in Amstelveen The Netherlands. After a year she moved to Austerlitz, near Zeist. She chose a more creative area and completed an internship in her final year of school at Top Notch Universal where she developed an online platform for the company, and worked on projects for Dutch known artists Broederliefde, Cho and Lil’ Kleine. Marloes is Operations Manager at Dench Music.

Hidde was born in Amsterdam The Netherlands. At the age of four, he began taking piano lessons. By the age of 10, he shifted his attention to making electronic dance music — first on his laptop and then later from his own studio located in the parent’s backyard. At the age of 16. Hidde started performingas a live DJ performing in big clubs and live festivals in The Netherlands. Even with his very young age, Hidde is an all-round music producer, songwriter and experienced DJ.
Niek Hendriks

Niek, a Dutch electronic musician better known under his alias ‘PRMDS’, delivers unique, ra- dio-friendly tracks inspired by Hip-Hop and Pop. Hendriks’ passion for music developed at the youngage of 6, when his parents gave him his first guitar. His life has changed massively ever since. There is no genre that he hasn’t touched, flipped or remixed. Nothing is off limits. After getting into the Dutch hip-hop scene at age 15, producing music for some of his favorite rappers, Niek grew tired of waiting around on hooks and verses. PRMDS was born. Currently, Hendriks is studying Electronic Music at the Herman Brood Academy, aiming for worldwide recognition.
Jurre Hofman
When Jurre Hofman was 17 years old, living in the town Assen, he started producing electronic mu- sic as a hobby but this quickly became a passion of his. His interest in music came a lot earlier since he was raised in a musical environment, his father was/is a musician and therefore he was alwayssurrounded by music. When he graduated from high school he moved to Amsterdam to study Music Production at the Art & Entertainment college, now called PACT. During this three year study he learned a lot about music and the production methods in the scene. After finishing his study at Art & Entertainment college in 2016, he got into HKU, a higher education for Music and Technology.
Lema Vierbergen

Lema was born in Congo and was adopted by a family from Ede The Netherlands where he grew up. At an early age, he was exposed to music and started producing, developing his passion for his work. He studied at the Herman Brood Academy and completed an internship at SPEC. Lema has pro-duced for several Dutch music industry artists including Ali B, Emperor, Jonna Fraser and Bokoesam.He now focuses his time on producing for larger international artists and is going to launch as a DJduo, The Wolves. The Wolves are featured in large clubs and festivals such as AIR, Amsterdam Open Air Encore, Jimmy Woo and more.
Robert Scherpenisse
Half Dutch, half Maluku, Robert also hails from Amersfoort The Netherlands and is member of theJackpackers. Robert started producing music at an early age. He studied at the Herman Brood acad-emy and already counts multiple big song releases to his credit. After a successful 12-year career as a DJ Robert is now dedicated to the Jackpacker’s international tour and collaboration with several A-listartists from the pop and EDM world.
Vincent Esajas
Born in Amsterdam to Surinam parents, music has always been present in his family while growing up. Vincent has been passionate about music his entire life; “it’s in my blood”. Starting out as thefront man of an urban vocal group followed by club dates internationally as a DJ, Vincent has beenin the business for 18 years and as a member of the DJ/Producer Team Jackpackers is enjoyingtouring as a group and producing betas and tracks on an international scale.
Roberto Epskamp
Roberto was born in Amersfoort The Netherlands, who is half Spanish and half Dutch, Fascinatedwith music from age 8, Roberto was always making music with the means he had available to him. This eventually led to Roberto producing his own remixes, mashups and he started recording his own live mixes. Roberto is on his way to conquering the world a member of the DJ/Producer trio Jack-packers with their unique Asian/Caribbean/Mediterranean sound.
Jelte Huizing
Jelte Huizing is a young and talented producer who start at a young age to create, release, and curat-ing music on for example Soundcloud and his own platform. Jelte is having a up and coming release on world’s biggest electronic dance label, Spinnin Records.
Jabrane Chergui
25-year-old Jabron lives for music. As a teenager, he fell in love with Hip-hop, but also studied manyother music genres. The analysis and study of song structures, lyrics and sound design became his hobby.Jabron sees James Brown, Michael Jackson and Chris Brown as his musical role models. He built a recording studio at home and started to write and record his own music, lyrics and melodies, worked on expanding his network and started to make a name for himself. Jabron really got an oppor- tunity to develop himself even further as an artist and producer at studio Cruise Control, the homeof the grammy nominated producer Giogio Tuinfort.In 2015, Jabron produced a beat for the Dutch rappers Sven Alias, SBMG and Boef, which has amassed 1.3 million views on youtube.Internationally, this Amsterdammer has built up a catalog and had studio sessions with Troy Taylor, Sean Paul, ChrisBrown, Kevin Mac Donald and Don Corleon.
Kyky Videl
25 year old Kyky Videl was born in Breda The Netherlands. Kyky knew what she wanted in life froma very early age. At just one and a half years old she asked her grandfather to film her performances. Inspired by artists like Madonna, Marilyn Manson, Freddy Mercury among others, sets KyKy apart from most of her generation. She sought and found something in every music genre. After 3 years atthe dance academy in Utrecht, she decided to follow her own path, stopped training and set about tofind the perfect manager. In the meantime, she worked in the hospitality industry, working long hours to get by while steadily beating a path to the recording studio After more than 7 years of determining what would be the perfect home for her, she settled on a recording contract at Aces/ Sony records.
Kyara Shereen
Kyara was born Kyara Shereen Oemar in Zoetermeer The Netherlands and started singing whenshe was barely 2 years old. Before long she was performing for family parties and weddings whichled her to singing lessons and recording her first song when she was only 12 years old. While cur-rently still studying at the prestigious University of Leiden in The Netherlands, she is preparing tofollow her path to live and work in Miami, the city that stole her heart as a child when visiting with her family. Kyara is working hard on her music so she can reach as broad an audience possible.

Björn Sno

Björn is a music veteran. Over the last few years, Björn has published numerous top-40 and ‘number one’ tracks. Previously he worked with Talpa-BMG Music & Publishing, where he released more than 100+ records. Furthermore Bjorn has produced over 30 music videos, which are viewed over 100 mil-lion times on channels like YouTube. In addition to his work with Talpa-BMG Music & Publishing, Bjorn has developed a diverse number of projects with the Imagem Music Group.
Today, Bjorn owns several music labels such as Loyalty and Quan en Aces Music Records.Björn plays a significant role in the US music business, working with several artists and labels in numerous pro-duction. Björn has hosted over 50 events and holds the stage-management over the production teamsfor many renowned DJ’s.
Patrick Ost

Patrick was born in Paramaribo Suriname. From a young age Patrick was involved in music, first justas a hobby. He became more involved when he started to organizing music parties. He mentored therap-duo SBMG for more than a year. Patrick has released more than 50 songs for several artists and producers in the past two years, under the label Aces Music Records. Patrick, together with his part-ners, Bjorn Sno and Roue Shakison, has managed a girl band 3OFAKIND and were instrumentalin their online viral success for several weeks.
Aces Music collaborates with various national and international artists, producers and DJs and has three studios in the Netherlands. The main acts of Aces include Jackpackers, Jabron, Kilate, G2NG, Melanie, Sahra and Chayo. In 2017, Aces Music Records entered into a partnership with Tune Sa-vant and Sorry Records.

Erik Huggers
Erik Huggers joins the Dench Music Advisory Team on the heels of serving as CEO of VEVO, theworld’s leading all-premium Music Video and Entertainment Platform. Erik’s vision and strategywas the catalyst to increasing VEVO’s monthly viewership of over 19 billion music videos world-wide. As a thought leader, Erik pioneered digital media and changed the entire concept of streamingtelevision when he launched the BBC iPlayer while he served as an Executive Board member of theBBC’s Future Media and Technology division in London. Erik’s career and experience in music, video and entertainment include several positions including Senior Vice President at Verizon Com- munications, President of Intel’s Media Division and senior roles at Microsoft and Endemol Enter- tainment.
Clyde Narain “Dj Chuckie”
Clyde Sergio Narain aka Chuckie, is a Surinam-born DJ and producer. As one of the pioneers in the House scene, Chuckie’s sound quickly became known as “dirty house,”reflecting a cultural movementcentered on lively urban club events featuring dancing, brilliant lights and interactive stage elements.He is also world renowned for his co-creation of “Dirty Dutch”, a genre characterized by high pitched lead synths over Latin-inspired rhythms and samples. As DJ Chuckie, Clyde’s hits include “Let theBass Kick”, “Aftershock” and “Make Some Noise” (with Junxterjack) Chuckie has remixed songs for Michael Jackson and David Guetta and has produced for 50 Cent, Kesha and Akon. Chuckie’s work has been showcased on the popular EDM show “What’s Hot in EDM?” on BBC Radio 1.He ownsand operates his record label, Dirty Dutch Music.
Ineabell Diaz
Ineabell is from New York City, and currently living in Manchester UK. Ineabell started at a youngage in the entertainment industry. She worked for television, at Nickelodeon and Disney doing com- mercials and voice overs for Coca Cola worldwide and MTV, but also stage acting and performances. Her love for music grew where she then began collaborating with DJs and producers all over thespectrum of music, from house, dance / EDM, Top-40 pop, hip-hop and R&B. After collaborating with some DJs she met Junior Sanchez, who mentored her craft in songwriting and vocal production. At the age of 23 Ineabell moved to Los Angeles where at the time it was all “happening”. Here she worked in sessions with top grade artists, DJs and producers such as Junior Sanchez, Todd Terry, Will i AM, Sidney Samson, Afrojack, LA Riots, Moguai, Junior Sanchez, Cody Wise, Sigala, Michael Angelo, Will Simms, Rich Skillz, Paris & Simo and more.
Unico Glorie

Unico Glorie (1964) is a true music industry veteran. He was born in Amsterdam where his parents ran a records store in the 60’s and 70’s. He has expert level experience in the corporate world within the media and entertainment industry, with stock exchange listed companies, and in the field of M&A.He is one of the key founders in the Dutch Dance industry, and he worked for many years in the mostcompetitive music market in the world: the United States. Unico is an experienced senior A&R exec- utive who brought a lot of talent, content, labels, and creatives together.
Unico has had positions in several (inter-)national entertainment companies, as well as serving as a board member at the RTL Group and Endemol Holding. He is cofounder of 2WayTraffic, which was listed at the AIM in London and later sold to Sony Television International. Unico has worked with several renowned artists, in the Netherlands and in the USA.
