Living with a condition that is chronic and incurable means that the healing journey is unique to each individual. That said, there is always the big question we all face when diagnosed — even when in a flare: How do I begin the process of feeling better?
That’s where the idea of this publication emerged, as I have walked out of Dysautonomia flares more times than I care to think about in the last decade. In the last two years, I have helped my daughter journey back from being flattened with EDS and POTS Dysautonomia. The slow path of healing is so frustrating!
