There’s new GameFi projects every day, and both gamers and investors need a way to filter through the noise. DeQuest does that by leveraging community, gamification, and mutually beneficial partnerships, all of which is harmonized into a web3 platform that teaches, empowers, and rewards forward-thinking gamers.

We strongly believe that crowdsourcing knowledge, ideas, expertise, and niche approaches to solving problems will elevate us beyond what’s possible with simply a vision and a team. It’s time to kick that belief into overdrive.

Gamers are more than just consumers — they are thinkers, innovators, learners and problem-solvers. It is with that mindset that we invite each and every one of you to participate in shaping the future of gaming, challenging the status quo and pushing the space into interesting and new directions.

What will a DeQuest Ambassador do?

We understand that everyone has different motivations, schedules, interests and capabilities. Regardless of how much time you have or how much you are willing to contribute, our Ambassador Program will allow you to play an important role in shaping DeQuest and the future of Gaming.

Overview of what a DeQuest ambassador does:

Be involved in the creation of quest content for the DeQuest platform. This includes, writing the content and structure of the quest together with the tasks involved in the quest. This puts you at the forefront of web3 gaming by allowing you to create quests on the DeQuest platform for the best games while also being rewarded for it. We will be nurturing a close circle of top gaming minds to carry out the aforementioned activities.
Create DeQuest related content (YouTube videos, blog posts, twitter threads etc) with the goal of spreading the word to onboard new players into the web3 gaming revolution through DeQuest. This would involve showing and teaching others about the value of what we’re building.
Early testing of new feature implementations. Providing valuable feedback to the development process during internal brainstorming sessions.
Curate and help on-boarding games and gaming communities to DeQuest.
Attending and/or speaking on behalf of DeQuest at events near you.
Help the DeQuest community by essentially being a mod for underrepresented groups of people such as non-native english speakers. This can include tasks such as local translations, answering questions and overall being chad mod representative for the overall DeQuest community.

Different types of a DeQuest Ambassadors

DeQuest Ambassadors are classed into 3 categories: Alchemist, Herald and Guardian.

Alchemist— This type of ambassador is set out with the goal of content creation. This includes content such as artwork, memes, lore, quest creation etc. If you choose this path you will be required to provide us with a description (proposal) of what type of content you want to focus on and how this will benefit DeQuest. If we like your proposal we will provide you with full support to complete the mission you have in mind.

Herald— This type of ambassador is responsible for spreading the word for announcements and other critical information with the community by retweeting, creating threads on social media, TikTok content, YouTube videos/reviews etc. They are also encouraged to onboard as many users to the platform using their referral link (referred users need to complete at least 1 task to count as a referral). If you can bring in Games and Gaming Communities to DeQuest this also the path for you.

Guardian — This type of ambassadors can mod the overall DeQuest community with the other mods and start and lead their own “DeClan” (discord channel in the DeQuest discord server), focusing on a specific non-english speaking language that is underserved and underrepresented by DeQuest. They will also help translating and speaking to community members if they speak their language to help them navigate the DeQuest platform and answer their questions. Task performance can be tracked by how many monthly active users are participating in the discord channel.

Why become a DeQuest Ambassador?

As a DeQuest Ambassador you can expect to benefit in many ways, including:

DeQuest rewards: each Ambassador type will have its own system of Soulbound NFT progression to be achieved. High performers in each of the categories will be eligible for direct monetary rewards, others will be building up their reputation and will be rewarded as the founding members of our community in various ways throughout 2023.
Partner rewards: game partners in our ever-growing network of relationships often offer up tokens, NFTs, whitelist spots, scholarships and more. Ambassadors will be first in line for these.
Networking opportunities: meet likeminded individuals, ranging from industry leaders to passionate enthusiasts.
Job opportunities: many of us started in Web3 as an outside contributor before making a career out of it. We are always open to expand our team.
Sneak peaks: learn about DeQuest and partnered game developments before anyone else.
Exclusive channels: interact with other content creators and gamers in exclusive, gated communities.
And the most important and exciting of them all: entry into the DeQuest Ambassador Battle Pass.

What is the DeQuest Ambassador Battle Pass?

After you successfully become a DeQuest Ambassador you gain entry into the DeQuest Ambassador Battle Pass which consists of time-based and activity-based checkpoints to mark milestones in your journey as an ambassador to get exclusive rewards and perks.

The proposed “Battle Pass” is as follow:

1-day ambassador: Exclusive chat for your type of Ambassador
30-day ambassador: Special Discord Role + Founding Member SBT
60-day ambassador: Whitelist entry (specifics TBA) + DeQuest branded custom merch
90-day ambassador: 30 minutes google meet conversation with the CEO and management of DeQuest for insights — these will happen quarterly.
120-day ambassador: Founding Father SBT — perks on $QUEST launch (specifics TBA)

These time-based checkpoints can only be seen as “completed” after the ambassador’s activities have been verified by a mod to ensure adequate completion of goals. The battle pass rewards and progression description are subject to change on short notice and have frequent updates as it is a newly introduced concept.

Who can be a DeQuest Ambassador?

Anyone can apply to be an ambassador. The best candidates will have:

Extensive gaming experience and/or a passion for the gaming industry and its direction
A curious and open mind
Strong opinions about GameFi and its potential for revolutionizing the gaming industry
An interest in DeQuest’s vision and what we are trying to build
