DeQuest has finally launched its beta platform and it’s available to everyone! With the launch of our unique platform, users can expect much more in the coming weeks as we roll out quests and new games for you to experience. In light of the launch, we take a look at the functions you can expect to see on the platform, the first stage of the Skill Tree we are introducing through the DeQuest platform, and a rough timeline of when you can expect more game quests to earn XP and numerous other rewards you’ll receive on your journey to learn and master your skills in the GameFi & P2E world.
What is DeQuest?
DeQuest is the first platform of its kind for Metaverse users who want to understand game economics, gameplay mechanics, tokenomics, and read in-depth research analysis of Play-to-Earn games. It serves as a bridge to easily track players’ knowledge and skill levels across Metaverse ecosystems, as well as their ability to carry out jobs in the Web3 world. Certified Learn-to-Play-to-Earn (L2P2E), if you will, with the goal of building a reputation layer for the entire Metaverse.
Our platform is built from the ground up with multi-chain and cross-metaverse capabilities. It verifies achievements, activities, skills and behaviours of Metaverse citizens across games and networks to create maximum value for the Metaverse as a whole.
To advance the reputation layer we introduce playful ways to evaluate, challenge, and verify different types of users. By completing game quests and exploring the skill tree of your DeQuest hero, you can earn experience points (XP), badges, and non-monetary as well as monetary incentives. Furthermore, the quests we offer include content and activities that let you learn basic skills about Web3 gaming and all of its benefits.
Launch Roadmap
Starting today (Friday, 3rd June 2022), 3 new Game Quests and 3 Skill Tree Quests are available for everyone. You can start earning experience points to level up your heroes and receive rewards such as NTSTs, cryptocurrencies and more. The 3 quests you can tackle first are Illuvium, Thetan Arena and Mobox. Keep up to date with what these games are all about and get your rewards at the same time.
The Skill Tree has also been introduced. A unique system where all GameFi enthusiasts can choose their Metaverse “career path” as Player, Collector, or Investor. In doing so, you can climb 5 ranks: Apprentice, Intermediate, Advanced, Master and Wizard, based on quest completion and number of badges received. You will complete quests similar to those in the game to receive a variety of rewards.
Throughout the month of June, we will be launching more Game Quests each week for you to conquer. New Game Quests will be available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday! We have collaborated with some big names and you can look forward to some fun quests that will keep you on your toes. Stay tuned and do not forget to check back every other day for new quests.

Platform Functionality
DeQuest offers Web3 end-users an extremely unique way to take on “expertise paths” for the metaverse, guiding them through various ways to expand their knowledge and doing so in a user-friendly way. By utilising the technology of Soulbound Tokens (SBT), we can record the skills of our users on-chain when they complete tasks or reach certain milestones. Besides badges and trophies in the form of SBTs, they can earn DeQuest XP for delving into some of the best crypto games Web3 has to offer as well as limited amounts of monetary incentives. Following our Gamer Collection and Pioneer Collection minting event, players can now navigate our platform and achieve many different things. In the following, we break down the core elements of DeQuest accessible to everyone.
Quests
In the Quests section you find a list of Game Quests available to you, including some of the biggest games like Illuvium, Pegaxy and more. You will also find Skill Quests that start with the Apprentice rank and go up to the Wizard rank for the beginning.
Each rank is a “proof-of-experience” and shows your knowledge and credibility with Web3 Gaming. As you level up, you continue to power up your hero and unlock weapons and gear.
Flashquests
Under Flashquests you have access to a collection of small tasks. These include very simple activities like checking in every day or one-off activities like linking your social media accounts. On the other hand, in this section you will find practical tasks such as Blockchain transactions or interactions with certain smart contracts. By completing these daily tasks, you will receive additional XP to level up faster. Rewards can also include NFTs, trophies, tokens and other rewards.
In the future the Flashquest section will offer even more unique and one-off tasks directly related to Game projects and the Metaverse.
Skills
While the different paths of the Skill Tree are open to everyone, you will get bonus XP for the quest path of your specific chosen hero. The visualisation of the Skill Tree makes it easy to track your progress of learning and levelling up in each category.
Dashboard
Your dashboard gives you an overview of your achievements on DeQuest, including XP earned, rewards unlocked, trophies achieved and quests completed. You can also access an overview list of quests available to you, claim rewards you have earned, and further complete your profile.
MetaPassport
Here you find a section that visualises your Metapassport. The Metapassport acts as your web3 identity card. The section contains a 3D model of your hero as well as all the items you own, your XP, your DeQuest stats, your Metaverse Asset Holdings, your Steam stats as well as the social accounts you have synced. Finally, the section also contains all the types of rewards you have earned, as well as information about your guild.
NTST
In this section, new users can claim their DeQuest Collector or Player Pioneers’ NTST for free! However, the collection is limited to 50k in each of the two lines.
