Not at all. I don’t object to “faith” per say. We all have…

Possibly the best website ever :-)

The Cheddarometer!

Edited to add: Try switching it off for a number of SF-related quotes (can you spot them all?) :-)

2nd response to Andy (religion)

Amazing leap in robotics

The demos on the video on this page are some of the most impressive technology I’ve ever seen. You only have to one one more step (surgical attachment — swap batteries every day) for us to suddenly be in the first steps of the cyberpunk universe.

It’s not going to be long at all…

My personal views of God and Religion

After taking weeks to get around to replying to

corone

‘s first posting and it taking me over two hours to do I see he’s responded already with another long essay. :-)

Before I find time to reply properly to…

Appalled

Heinz pulls TV ad showing men kissing (for 200 complaints) — I for one will be writing to Heinz tomorrow saying I won’t be buying any more of their products until they apologise for this and I’m going to be urging people to do the same.

US subpoenas BAE director in bribery inquiry — see previous post.

Excellent example of what we (left leaning liberal types) are like vs them (you know who they are). Larry Lessig’s group are supporting the producers of Expelled (a pro intelligent design film) in a fair use case even though the film attacks exactly…

More on religion

For the record I’m starting to really hate the LJ post editor…

quintus_marcius

joins in — the more the merrier as far as I’m concerned. :-)
