Joining the dots with FusionConnect.

FusionConnect is the overarching brand of Practice Fusion’s line of commercial products.

The design team created a distinct visual language for FusionConnect that functions within Practice Fusion’s brand system. We developed a new color system and a node and connector metaphor that represents the partner ecosystem.

The nodes and connectors serve as brand elements and also joining sections of content on the FusionConnect web page and other marketing materials.

The visual metaphor was created early in the design exploration process, with the color explorations evolving later. As is often the case with design projects, the finished product is a substantial evolution from early iterations.

The defined design direction was then applied to both the web site…

…and to other materials, including an infographic detailing FusionConnect’s statistics.

The FusionConnect color system has fed back into the Practice Fusion brand, and we are now experimenting with using a magenta color for primary calls-to-action on practicefusion.com. More brand explorations and enhancements to Practice Fusion’s web presence are underway.
