Bootcamp alternatives for when you’re unsure of where to start
While I am a firm believer based on my own personal experience that you can break out into the into the industry using free online resources, I can admit that by signing up for a Bootcamp the process becomes much easier. However, putting down that kind of money is a huge commitment that shouldn’t be done lightly. You must be sure of your choice because once that money is paid, getting it back isn’t possible. That’s why I’ve provided this list, for all those that want a small taste of what bootcamps can provide without absolutely obliterating the bank. Coursera’s Google UX Certificate
This six-month course hosted on Coursera provides its students with a solid foundation in UX design. With just 10 hours a week of commitment across 6 months, this fully online course will provide you with three portfolio projects, skills in Figma and Adobe XD, and even access to a job platform and tools to build a resume.
