Why does it have to be a finance company, firstly my brother worked in a finance company for 4 years which is of course the best research source. Secondly, the analysis of this finance company can go to any sector, the company must establish relationships with any industry, let’s call it automotive housing or even mining. This design is intended to simplify the work of marketers whose work is spent on the road, and it is difficult to find the right time to make reports. So the idea is that you do a survey and make a report directly. So how are the steps that I did

A. Who are the users?

Make research on what this SaaS is used for.
You must make research, at least with the head of the division of the company that will later use this SaaS. Many things must be asked, for example, Who uses this SaaS? What is the habbit/culture of these people? What features do they want to put in it, what platform will they use it on.
In the case of the Finance company, the first thing I did was interview the Marketing Unit Head, to conduct research on the culture and habbits of its users, then I collected samples (can be qualitative research or quantitative) to create features in this SaaS.

B. What features must be available

From the quantitative data that I collected for this finance co project, I found several crucial things that must be present, namely the ease of creating email marketing features and writing notes on survey results. Not to forget the monthly performance display must be there so that it becomes a reference and encourages employees.

C. User Friendly Design

Simple UI and good UX. User-friendly design is about creating a product, system, or interface that is easy to use and navigate, even for non-technical people. This includes clear instructions, intuitive layouts, and easy-to-access features to improve the overall user experience.

D. Implement a data security system

because the data to be inputted is very confidential, involving a lot of the Company’s financial data.

E. Usability Testing

Software as a Service (SaaS) usability testing evaluates the user experience of a SaaS application to ensure that it is intuitive, efficient, and meets user needs. This typically involves testing with real users to gather feedback about the application’s design, functionality, and overall usability.
