Fynd Careers is a platform for career opportunities and job openings available at Fynd. It makes it easier for job seekers to learn about the company and for interviewers to find information, simplifying the hiring process.
Problem
Our current recruitment process overwhelms potential hires with a scattered information flow. Sending numerous links (company website, blogs, platforms links) creates a disjointed experience, making it difficult for candidates to grasp Fynd’s culture, values, and career opportunities. This inefficiency hinders our ability to attract top talent.
Goals
- Centralize all information about Fynd’s career opportunities and company culture.
- Simplify the hiring process for both job seekers and interviewers.
- Create a cohesive user experience that effectively communicates Fynd’s values and culture.

Empathize
To understand the needs and pain points of potential hires, we asked HR to gather recruitment problems and reviewed the designers’ interview process. These steps provided insights into the current recruitment process and identified key areas for improvement.
Pain points:
- Scattered Information: Candidates receive multiple links to different resources (company website, blogs, platforms), leading to a fragmented experience. This disjointed information flow makes it hard for candidates to get a comprehensive understanding of Fynd’s culture and values.
- Overwhelming Process: The plethora of resources and scattered information can overwhelm potential hires. This complexity can deter high-quality candidates from completing their applications or pursuing opportunities with Fynd.
- Inefficient Communication: The current process lacks a centralized hub, resulting in inefficient communication of Fynd’s career opportunities. This can lead to misinterpretation or missed information about the company’s culture, values, and job openings.
- Difficulty in Attracting Top Talent: Due to the scattered information and overwhelming process, we struggle to attract and retain top talent. A streamlined, cohesive platform is needed to improve our ability to present Fynd as an appealing employer.
Ideate
Based on the insights gathered during the empathize phase, we brainstormed potential solutions to address the identified pain points. Our primary focus was to create a centralized hub that would streamline the recruitment process and provide a cohesive user experience.
Proposed Solutions:
- Develop a dedicated platform for Fynd Careers that consolidates all relevant information.
- Design intuitive navigation to help candidates easily find information about the company, culture, values, and open positions.
- Integrate interactive elements, such as employee testimonials and company culture videos, to engage potential hires.
- Ensure the platform is mobile-friendly to cater to users on different devices.
Design
In the design phase, we created wireframes and prototypes to visualize the proposed solutions. Using Figma, we developed high-fidelity designs that incorporated the feedback from the ideation phase.

After conceptualizing and ideating potential solutions, we proceeded to develop the platform using Webflow as our primary development tool. The prototype served as a pivotal stage where we translated our design concepts into a functional, interactive version of the Fynd Careers platform.
