Post Covid, reveal the mask of the mysterious city — Hong Kong, observing the great user experience design/service on the street.

After 4 years, I finally step onto this land and properly visit it again. A place that seems familiar but its culture is almost different from my motherland Taiwan — Hong Kong.

As a UX designer, during this visit, I spent time observing this mysterious city . To my surprise, I saw some new UX (service), also discovered some nice UX that I haven’t been aware before:

1. Stop information for 2nd floor passengers

Hong Kong is famous for having double decker trams, bus all around the road. Nice to see they design information system for 2nd floor passengers!
