Dubai has confirmed its position among the worlds leading in the economic, commercial, and tourism fields as a regional hub for entrepreneurship and innovation, The country focus on bringing the best technology and innovation to UAE, and generous investments in emerging start-ups are turning Dubai into the leading startup hub in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.

Dubai’s ambitious ruler and prime minister of UAE Sheikh Mohammed has been leading the transformation of the city into a global innovation hub and has made education and innovation the main priority.

Tourism has emerged as an important driver of GDP. Dubai welcomed 15.93 million visitors in 2018, retaining its ranking as the fourth most popular destination globally, and It must be mentioned that a large part of Dubai’s international fame gained due to its developed city and unique architectural buildings, Structures such as the famous Burj Khalifa, Burj al Arab, and Dubai Creek tower represent the pinnacle of modern engineering.

But what if Dubai had many unique and impressive buildings at costs less than the costs of those mentioned towers?
