Designers will be heavily engaged in shaping AI algorithms and models to align with human-centric goals and inclusivity while empowering users with control and understanding. The data collection, analysis and personalization will be highly personalized — a concept called hyper personalization will emerge.nd ethically sound ensures that our designs are impactful. It’s time to acquire adaptable soft skills, and have that problem-solving and design-thinking mindset that will be resilient and invaluable regardless of the future job landscape.

Here, I will explore a possible future landscape and list the few skills you need to learn. We will discuss strategies to prepare yourself, equipping you with the tools and mindset necessary to navigate this ever-evolving landscape and ensure that your career remains as resilient to technological disruption as a brown bear emerging from hibernation in spring.
