Inclusivity is about making sure everyone is included and treated fairly, no matter who they are or what they look like. It means that everyone is welcome and can participate in things together. It’s about making sure everyone feels safe and respected.

What?

Inclusivity refers to the practice of including and welcoming people from all walks of life, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, ability, or socio-economic status. It involves creating an environment where everyone feels valued and accepted, and where everyone has the opportunity to participate and contribute. This can involve taking steps to remove barriers that prevent certain groups of people from accessing resources or participating fully in society.

Why?

Inclusivity is important because it helps to create a more equitable and just society, where everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential. When people feel excluded or marginalized, they may not have the same opportunities as others and may face additional challenges in their daily lives. Inclusivity helps to break down barriers and create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all people.

How?
