You look outside the window and it’s an amazing view of the Eiffel. You sip on your coffee and sit down in the conference room with your colleagues discussing the strategy for next quarter.

But wait, you are actually in New York, your peers spread across Asia & Europe and your boss in Sydney.

That’s what metaverse enables. A realistic way of remote collaboration.

If you haven’t heard of Metaverse yet, it gained popularity in 2021 when Facebook rebranded themselves as Meta, to focus on the Metaverse.

However, the concept of Metaverse is not something new. It has been in the making since old alternate reality games like the “Second life”, “SIMS” and a more popular one like Pokemon Go. While games have been at the forefront of Metaverse development solely because they bring a wide range of applications and experience; the metaverse is now upbuilding several other industries.

Remote Collaboration has become a common denominator for global organisations across different domains and functions.
