My journey from 0 to $4k as designer in 4 months
2 years ago, I was financially broke, didn’t complete university, no job, no social life.
Just 4 months later I started working as a UX UI Designer for $4k monthly.
Here is the story of how I did it
I was playing online games all day and I was a burden to my family. I think one of the most lucky part of my life is studying “Web Programming” in high school 10 years ago, even though I didn’t know it could change my life for the better one day.
After thousands of hours of playing online games, I started getting bored of playing and I realized how much time I lost. Then I decided to work and earn some bucks. I went to coffee shops and pubs around my house for a job, even part time. But nobody hired me. I was upset but didn’t give up at that point.
I went to mom and asked “What should I do now?”
She answered easily, “Do your own job, you were making websites before.”
Then I started to make my business website. I didn’t have a real company or office. I actually had only a computer and some websites I made before. I thought if they think I have an agency or something I can find clients. That was the first mistake I made.
