What Does It Take To Be a Product Manager?

The first thing you need to understand is that a Product Manager is essentially a polyglot. No, I don’t mean you need to speak French or Mandarin (though that wouldn’t hurt). You need to speak multiple professional languages:

  • The language of technology
  • The language of design
  • The language of marketing
  • The language of business
