Three free enterprise design templates for startups

Time is precious—don’t waste it reinventing the wheel

While most well funded teams have access to robust tools like Jira or UserZoom to manage their product & design processes, leaner teams often have to find value in simpler, cost-effective solutions. When those solution can’t be found, valuable time is spent scraping together in-house workarounds. Having experienced the drag on efficiency that this creates, I built these three design & product templates to improve my team's productivity, efficiency, and trajectory.

1. Agile Requirements Template

Though product owners are typically accountable for user stories, anyone on a product team can participate in the drafting process. As user advocates, UX designers are critical contributors. To facilitate requirements gathering and documentation across teams, I created this simple Google Docs template.
