What one talent defines a brilliant designer?

It is not a skill in design.

It does not involve using the software.

It does not involve creativity.

The ability to see things from many perspectives is crucial.

Changing one’s perspective can be extremely effective. It will show you how to view things differently, get experience from it, and use what you learn to advance personally.

It will teach you to be open-minded toward other people, consider our similarities and differences, and not be constrained by them. Additionally, it will help us develop our empathy and comprehension.

Designers are unique in their capacity to understand reality, as well as their ability to approach familiar problems from new perspectives and develop creative solutions.

By creating connections between what companies can create and what people need, we add value. It involves choosing the accurate solutions between the achievable and the desirable.

It is undervalued by many designers, and some are utterly unaware of it. We ought to acknowledge this as a skill and begin to enhance it.

Okay, how are you going about creating it?

Simple! by visualizing yourself as the user.
