Designing the Good News Coffee app

Good News Coffee, a European coffee brand known for its warm, uplifting ambiance and commitment to creating positive experiences, initially approached our team to design a loyalty app. The goal was to strengthen customer engagement and reward frequent visits with a digital loyalty card. However, we saw an opportunity to add extra value to the lives of Good News Coffee’s customers. Beyond just offering rewards, we wanted to provide meaningful content that could inspire and motivate users to interact with the app more frequently.
